Laura is an organizational consultant, facilitator, and executive coach who helps leaders gain the clarity and self-awareness needed to drive transformational change. Her coaching develops well-rounded leaders by enhancing emotional intelligence, communication, strategic thinking, and resilience, while achieving tangible outcomes like improved executive presence, stronger teamwork, and successful organizational change.
Laura honed her coaching expertise during nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she led large-scale change programs, coached client executives, and facilitated top team dialogues. She also taught leadership development topics such as coaching, feedback, dialogue mastery, and conscious inclusion, while serving as a team coach for hundreds of consulting teams and a one-on-one coach to 80+ colleagues.
She holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and trained at the Coactive Training Institute, then earning her certification in the Leadership Circle Profile 360. A lifelong learner, Laura is passionate about staying at the top of her game to help her clients thrive.
Laura lives in Atlanta, GA, with her hilarious husband and force-of-nature toddler. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her gardening rain or shine, growing flowers and food—a reflection of her love for transformation.
