Larry, former Chief IT Architect and Head of Quality Engineering at the Boston Consulting Group, has led his own IT and management consulting firm, ArcTangent Solutions, since 2006.
He has held senior consulting roles at multiple boutique consulting firms and has advised organizations across a range of sectors, including life sciences (Biogen, Moderna, TEVA), medical devices (Medtronic), investment banking and capital markets (Citigroup, Merrill Lynch), private banking and wealth management (J.P. Morgan, Royal Bank of Canada), insurance (AXA Equitable, New York Life), healthcare (Harvard Pilgrim), hedge funds, aerospace and defense, and commercial product development and testing.
Larry advises CIOs and senior technology leaders on IT strategy, large-scale transformations, operating model and service delivery improvement, enterprise systems validation, technology due diligence, and recovery of complex at-risk programs.
He is also exploring how established testing, validation, and quality engineering disciplines can be applied to enterprise AI systems, including AI Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV).
Larry lives in West Orange, New Jersey with his wife and has four children. He balances his consulting work with endurance training as a triathlete and enjoys playing guitar and saxophone.
He is open to collaborating with fellow consultants on CIO- and executive-level engagements requiring independent technical assessment, structured analysis, and practical execution guidance.
