Katka spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where she advanced from Analyst to acting Manager, specializing in Growth topics for TMT and Private Equity clients with projects across 4 continents. Before McKinsey, Katka worked at IBM in pricing strategy and at Siemens Management Consulting on sales enablement and expansion projects. She earned her MBA from Columbia Business School with sponsorship from McKinsey.
Now based in San Francisco, Katka combines her consulting expertise with the storytelling skills honed during her time in stand-up comedy, speaking at events and leading community-building efforts as President of the local Columbia alumni chapter.
She welcomes opportunities to collaborate on go-to-market and business operations projects, both in person in the San Francisco Bay Area and remotely.
