Katie has over 15 years experience in strategy, finance, portfolio management and software implementation. Her recent projects include: real estate valuation and contract strategy, operational KPI design for a services company, designing and implementing capital markets software, investment strategy for an alternative assets portfolio, and leading project management for an international public company acquisition.
She has extensive experience with restructuring and turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, financial modeling and purchase negotiations. Katie is the co-founder and CEO of Factor (capital markets SaaS) and most recently was with Ball Ventures as the Director of Private Capital. Her career includes McKinsey (2013-2015) and FTI Consulting (2018-2019).
Katie lives near Denver, Colorado, United States with her partner, and enjoys running and hiking.
