Kamran is an independent consultant and former Bain & Company strategy consultant with hands-on operator experience as CEO of a compliance services business. He works with private equity firms, sponsor-backed companies, and operators on diligence, value creation, and execution-oriented strategic initiatives.
His work spans commercial due diligence, growth strategy / go-to-market, cost and profitability improvement, and transformation / PMO delivery. Kamran brings a pragmatic, execution-focused approach grounded in both consulting rigor and real-world operating leadership.He has worked across consumer and retail, including footwear, apparel, and grocery, as well as tech-enabled services, software, insurance, and financial services. Earlier in his career, he was an electrical engineer developing avionics systems at Garmin, giving him a strong technical foundation and appreciation for complex product-driven businesses.
Based in the New York metro area, Kamran collaborates with investors and management teams to drive measurable operational and strategic outcomes.
