Jon is a former BCG consultant and senior executive with over 20 years of experience driving transformational growth across the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. He has been operating his own consulting practice for almost 10 years partnering with PE firms, boards, and C-suite leaders to address complex strategy, investment, and operational challenges.
His most recent work has been focused on Go-To-Market and growth strategies, capital allocation, process optimization, M&A and integrations, and customer/market/competitive assessments within the Wealth Management space. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior officer in the Special Operations community of the US Navy and remains committed to veteran causes.
He lives in San Diego, California with his wife, two children, and their family dog.
