Jan spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to the level of Associate Partner with a focus on transformations, operational improvements, strategy, and green business building. He has worked with clients—primarily in the Industrial/Energy sectors—across five continents, delivering large-scale transformations and supporting private equity funds in value creation and due diligence.
Jan also served as EVP for International Business Development at Quanta Energy, leading both product and geographical expansion. Previously, he was Head of Customer Lifecycle Management at T-Mobile.
Jan enjoys traveling, sailing, playing tennis, and attending musicals with his family of four.
