Hava is a senior transformation and execution leader with deep experience helping complex, regulated organizations turn strategy into results. Her work sits at the intersection of operating model design, AI enabled transformation, commercial and customer operating models, and large scale change execution, particularly in environments where delivery quality, efficiency, and adoption matter.
Hava spent several years at McKinsey, where she led end to end transformation initiatives across healthcare adjacent, technology, SaaS, telecom, and CPG organizations. She was frequently brought into high stakes, ambiguous situations to redesign how work gets done, integrating AI and analytics into day to day workflows, aligning operational processes and IT systems, and driving adoption at scale.
A significant part of her work involved building and scaling commercial and customer operating models, including defining future state role architectures, capability frameworks, decision rights, and execution rhythms across revenue growth management, customer experience, and post sale engagement. In parallel, she designed and led capability building programs that translated strategy, data, and AI tools into practical skills and behaviors for leaders and frontline teams.
Hava is known as a strong hands on operator with excellent client judgment. She works directly with senior leaders, product, IT, and frontline teams to translate policy, regulatory, and strategic intent into practical operating models, clear decision rights, and executable plans. She is particularly effective in stand alone senior IC roles where ownership, speed, and trust are critical.
