Frederik has had a 25 year career in consulting (McKinsey), shipping, logistics and industrial companies. He currently advises companies on how to gain traction by implementing simplified management operating systems, that allow businesses to scale faster and better.
He is Danish, but has spent most of his adult life in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
He is based in Buenos Aires and works live with clients in Chile and Argentina, as well as virtually with clients in North America and Europe.
