Ted Lisitsyn spent four years with McKinsey Digital focusing on digital transformations and has been running his own consulting firm specializing in Digital projects for CPG and Retail industries since 2023. Prior to McKinsey, he held leadership roles in startups and large corporate companies, where he built and scaled innovative digital solutions.
Skilled in driving strategy and product development cycles, leading cross-functional teams, people management, and delivering precise milestones, Ted excels at turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. He is proficient in strategic planning, resource optimization, creative out-of-the-box ideation, experimentation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics for impactful project delivery. Adept at managing senior stakeholders, Ted ensures strategic projects and innovations align seamlessly with both short- and long-term organizational goals.
Ted lives in Chicago, Illinois, and is available for projects in the U.S. in person or globally remote.
