Federico has over 30 years of experience in operations and business strategy. Harvard MBA and ITBA Engineer, Ex McKinsey and A.T. Kearney (recently rebranded as Kearney).
Rooted in his initial manager experience in the automotive industry (Toyota, Volkswagen), the next decade he developed as a consultant in Kearney and McKinsey in industrial, service, energy and technology sectors. His two areas of expertise are P&L improvement -from sourcing to manufacturing and supply chain performance- and growth -M&A and organic. With multicultural and multi-functional experience he is most effective connecting and aligning all levels of the organization, from shop-floor to board-room. He also worked bridging public/government institutions with best practices from the private sector.
He spent almost a decade across eastern and western Europe when he joined Kearney in the early 2000’s, living and working across a dozen countries. He is now based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, amiable to travel globally.
