Stan specializes in Growth Strategy, Business Model Innovation, Design Innovation, and Investment Strategy with experience spanning consulting, venture capital, and startups.
He began his career in equity research before joining BCG as an Associate, where he worked on growth strategy and cost optimization projects across life insurance and logistics. Stan then joined Oficina Mazapil as the firm’s first employee, where he evaluated investments, led cross-firm deals, and supported portfolio companies across CPG, foodtech, and impact investing, while helping institutionalize the practice.
Stan holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Design Innovation from McCormick, where he worked with multinationals and startups on customer experience redesign, product and service discovery and design, business model innovation, and concept ideation across retail, CPG, proptech, fintech, and eCommerce.
He is passionate about helping companies navigate growth challenges and business model transformation.
