Erik spent more than twenty years in leadership roles across the B2B technology and information services sectors, including seven years at Gartner, where he led strategy and operations initiatives that drove major retention & growth gains.
Earlier in his career, he held strategy, product and go-to-market leadership positions at Medidata, Calero, SAP, and eBay Enterprise. He was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company. In 2025, Erik started his own consulting firm, Newbridge Advisory, helping B2B technology and services companies scale more effectively by strengthening go-to-market, improving retention & growth as well as ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
He lives in Summit, New Jersey, with his wife and their youngest daughter.
