Emily is an experienced strategy and transformation leader with 18 years of experience across top-tier consulting (including 9 years with Bain & BCG), global energy corporate , and Southeast Asia digital ventures.
Her experiences cover Energy & Natural Resources, Industrial Goods, and e-Commerce sectors, with expertise in strategy, M&A, sustainability and performance improvement. She has a track record successfully managing large-scale projects, leading cross-cultural teams, and delivering strong impacts. She has served as a trusted advisor for clients’ C-level, solving clients’ complex business problems and managing senior stakeholders.
Emily is a Singaporean, currently spending time between Singapore and Jakarta.
