Elena brings over six years of experience at McKinsey and has been running her own consulting firm since January 2021, specializing in project management and process optimization. Before her consulting career, she worked as a production engineer at Porsche and a quality engineer at Bentley Motors.
She has deep expertise in optimizing production and maintenance processes, enabling clients to increase output while reducing costs, and has led several large-scale international transformations in the heavy industry and energy sectors. With an ICF-accredited coaching background, Elena is particularly skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment.
She looks forward to collaborating on both local and international projects involving strategic transformations and PMO leadership.
