Earl Hoover. Earl is a petroleum engineer turned strategy and operations consultant. He spent seven years at Kosmos Energy as a reservoir and production engineer across West Africa and Europe, working on field development, production optimization and emissions reduction, and three years at McKinsey, most recently as an Engagement Manager leading operations and post-merger integration work.
He now leads operations and product for Twelve Thirty Four Concepts, a luxury design house in Dallas. He also builds and ships software.
