Dora is a dynamic strategist who has been supporting public and private sector leaders to vision new futures and groundbreaking possibilities across the UAE and KSA for the past decade. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Evertruss, she and her team drive innovative solutions across culture, entertainment, and travel & tourism sectors. Dora’s approach blends locally rooted yet internationally inspired strategic planning with practical implementation.
Prior to Evertruss, Dora worked for Boston Consulting Group for 8 years, revolutionizing and enriching the cultural, tourism and social landscape across the Middle East, Northern Africa and Europe: from outlining foundations of the tourism industry in KSA, to defining a national music sector strategy, and crafting a portfolio strategy for a hospitality group.
Dora holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a double master’s degree from RSM Erasmus University and Bocconi University.
She has resided in the UAE since 2016.
