Dan recently founded EPIC3 (Extraordinary Performance Improvements via Consulting, Coaching, and C-Suite services, based out of the Durango, CO mountain paradise. Prior, Dan completed 2 CEO roles at Colectivo Coffee and Safety Services Company (working with/for Serent Capital). He served as a corporate executive for 20+ years, including 7 years at Starbucks.
Dan attended the US Naval Academy and was a Marshall Scholar graduate student at Cambridge University, UK. After, he served 8 years on 2 nuclear submarines. Finally, Dan transitioned from the Navy to the corporate world via a stint at McKinsey & Co in the Seattle/SanFran office. Specialties include culture/leadership/org development, growth strategy, customer experience, and product management/innovation.
