Umbrex is pleased to welcome Dana Bilsky Asher with RELATED ExPERIENCE. Dana, PhD leads New York’s premier socio-analytic leadership development consultancy, RELATED ExPERIENCE — which serves blue chip clients across functions and industries as well as high-growth earlier stage companies.
Dana, an executive and team coach trained at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training & Research in the unconscious dynamics of groups, spent six years at McKinsey & Co., including as a Practice Manager in the Capability for Performance Practice (what became McKinsey Academies). She left McKinsey to found a transformational organizational consulting practice (Learning & Development and Talent/Leadership Development, including Executive & Team Coaching) at The Energy Project, and also served as Managing Director at Mobius Executive Leadership.
Prior to McKinsey, Dana was awarded a PhD with distinction in the humanities from Northwestern University, consulted to the first online MBA program (Cardean University), and designed, developed, and managed products for edu-tech start-ups.
