Umbrex, a global community of independent management consultants with prior experience at top-tier firms, is pleased to welcome our newest member, Cristóbal Muñoz. Cristóbal is a strategy and M&A professional based in Santiago, Chile. He began his career as a generalist consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategy, operations and digital transformation with experience spanning banking, mining, infrastructure, and private equity. He also has experience as a venture capital investor and leading the acquisition and due diligence of software companies as an M&A Senior Associate at Constellation Software.
He combines a strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience in market analysis, financial modeling, and growth strategy. Cristóbal is currently building a portfolio of independent consulting projects in strategy, commercial due diligence, and investment analysis for private equity and corporate clients.
