Connie is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotech leader, now launching her independent consulting practice after 18+ years in the industry, including four years at McKinsey & Company and 14 years at Pfizer.
At Pfizer, she held a variety of leadership roles across strategy, marketing, and operations, including serving as Chief of Staff to the Global President of Rare Diseases.
Most recently, she led the Global Commercial team in the preparation of a gene therapy launch. Connie’s expertise spans commercial strategy, global launch planning, portfolio strategy, post-merger integration, and business development, with a focus on rare diseases, neuroscience, and gene therapy.
