Cindy spent six years as a management consultant at McKinsey, leading projects primarily in Strategy, Energy & Sustainability, and Change Management. She now runs her own independent consulting practice, supporting clients across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
In addition to her consulting work, she is an experienced coach, offering tailored training and coaching to teams and individuals navigating transition and growth—with a focus on clarity, confidence, and impact. Currently, she delivers group trainings primarily for MBB firms.
Cindy holds a degree in Renewable Energy Technologies from VU University Amsterdam. She divides her time between Amsterdam and Geneva and is open to collaborations in these regions or remotely.
