As an engagement manager at McKinsey, she advised leading consumer-facing corporations on digital enablement strategies, including digital marketing, pricing, and product innovation. Her career also includes several years at Meta/Facebook, where she led a product marketing team reaching billions of consumers and launched tools adopted by millions of small businesses.
Most recently active in private equity, Carmen contributed as an executive member of the operations team and served as interim Chief Revenue Officer for a SaaS company, nearly doubling new logo bookings in just four months. She is a recognized expert in market expansion, having led a German chocolate startup’s entry into the U.S. market and a U.S.-based consumer electronics brand’s expansion into Europe, successfully launching in 15 markets in 15 months.
