With a diverse background spanning multiple industries and cultures, Bart brings a a lot of knowledge and experience to every project.
A former consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he favores projects at the intersection between complex problem solving and change management, where he can leverage creative and critical thinking to drive impactful solutions. Bart is also a TEDx speaker, known for his talk “Flow: The Real Driver of Autonomy and Cooperation in Organizations,” where he explores the dynamics of effective organizational behavior.
