Ask has 14 years of experience driving tech-enabled transformation across operations, finance, and digital platforms. Most recently, Ask served as COO at a rental and leasing company, leading a major transformation of core operations and finance processes across seven countries. This included implementing a new ERP and support systems, applying AI to redesign workflows, and streamlining end-to-end processes.
Before that, Ask spent six years at Denmark’s largest bank, where he led strategy execution and a portfolio of complex transformation initiatives. Examples include developing new investment products, implementing a redesigned mortgage process in retail branches, and moving the bank’s entire development organisation into an agile setup.
Earlier in his career, Ask worked at Boston Consulting Group as part of the Digital Advantage practice, focusing on digital strategy, operating model design, and large-scale change programs.
