Ashleigh is an experienced strategy consultant and product leader with over a decade of experience across product innovation, digital and agile transformations, and organisational change. She is a former Manager in McKinsey’s Digital practice and previously a Product Manager at Lendable and Capital One.
Ashleigh specialises in shaping product and business strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful change in complex environments. She has worked across a wide range of industries, including financial services, consumer technology, automotive, transport and logistics, defence, and industrials.
Based in London, Ashleigh collaborates with organizations to address their most pressing product and digital challenges.
