Antonio is the Founder of Technodynamics and spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, where he led the design and development of AI-powered enterprise products — including strategic intelligence platforms, AI market scanners, and knowledge management systems — serving consultants and Fortune 100 clients globally. He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Unlike most strategy consultants, Antonio works from strategy through build and delivery, directly overseeing scale and adoption requirements, which means engagements end with working technology, not a deck. He also co-founded Indoor Halo, a commercial, data-driven indoor air quality company.
Based in Florida, he is open to collaborating broadly across industries and geographies
