My main experiences within Consulting services were oriented in business process outsourcing stakes as well as cost killing and rationalization of organizations and activities.
Inside the organizations, I am used to work on business transformation projects in the wake of rationalization requirements and regulatory changes for leading financial institutions in France and Internationally. I experienced working with multiple locations, different cultures and several experts.”
