Umbrex is pleased to welcome Alexander Polenok. Alexander Polenok brings a blend of management consulting and executive leadership experience. As a management consultant at McKinsey and Partners in Performance, he led and contributed to engagements, predominantly, in the financial services as well as in basic materials industries, focusing on strategy development, business transformation and digitization, organizational design, and operational improvement. As an executive, he built three profitable, market-leading businesses in trade finance and commercial real estate.
As a former Project Manager at a PE fund and CEO of a PE-backed trade finance bank, Alexander developed deep expertise in PE industry operations and provides a comprehensive range of services to PE-backed firms and PE funds to maximize value creation.
Alexander is married with three children and enjoys yoga and hiking in his free time.
