Umbrex is pleased to welcome Jennifer Volz. Jen Volz recently departed McKinsey as an Engagement Manager after 5 years of service as an integrative consultant. During her early years at McKinsey, Jen leveraged her early career experience at Goldman Sachs to serve top-tier private sector financial institutions and central banks on topics ranging from the reference rate transition (LIBOR / SOFR) to agile technology transformation and data strategy. Jen eventually pivoted to focus primarily on serving public sector institutions across U.S. governmental agencies, state & local governments and higher education entities – she is very passionate about partnering with mission-driven organizations.
Jen has particular expertise in activating both top teams and front lines when executing large-scale transformations, developing and implementing organization-wide strategy and optimizing internal and service-oriented operations & processes. Jen lives in NYC and is happy to collaborate on projects aligned to and adjacent to her prior experience / client mix (big plus for mission-driven and public sector orgs!).
