“I began my career with six years full of learning curves at McKinsey & Company in Berlin, specializing in organizational design and operations. As part of the firm’s public sector and organization practices, I led a range of projects across public and private sectors, working closely with clients to develop sustainable, high-impact strategies.
Following my time at McKinsey, I transitioned to the tech industry, taking on leadership roles in organizational design, revenue operations, business planning, and broader operations for leading companies such as Amadeus IT and unicorns like Job & Talent. These experiences allowed me to deepen my expertise in scaling high-growth organizations and building resilient, strategic functions that drive both growth and efficiency.
Originally from Germany, I spent my teenage years in South Africa and Mexico, and I now call Madrid home, where I live with my husband and children. Two years ago, I decided to pivot from tech leadership to establish my own coaching and consulting practice, which has allowed me to work with more than 50 founders and executives globally. My primary focus is on founder and executive coaching, with a blend of individual and systemic coaching approaches. Additionally, I am part of the coaching faculty at IE Business School, where I contribute to the development of emerging leaders.
Through UMBREX, I look forward to collaborating on projects related to talent and leadership development, organizational strategy, and change management. I offer both the consulting and the coaching mindset.”
