3 tips to focus on the strategic issues that matter most to you
Be razor clear – are you clear on exactly what you need to do to achieve your targets? Deliver your projects?
Get that recognition or visibility or promotion that you’re after? For each of your priorities or targets, write down at least 3 items that you need to do to deliver these. If you aren’t clear on what you need to do, you need to break these down into more granular detail.
