Rapid IT Assessment Playbook

Our Rapid IT Assessment Playbook includes the following sections for each of the 12 chapters listed below:

A. Data Request

If the client can assemble this data in advance, it can make the assessment run more efficiently and reduce the time commitment required from the consultant. 

B. Questions

List of questions the consultant will cover with the IT personnel. Client is encouraged to review these lists of questions and strike areas that the consultant is not asked to review.

C – E. Illustrative Observations 

These would be included in the output of the assessment. These observations fall into three categories:

1. Immediate action is required
2. Action is required in the near term (within a year)
3. Current state is adequate
