Comments: I used HubSpot free version for a couple of years and didn’t like its complexity, especially for a solopreneur. I’ve recently switched to Streak that’s integrated into Gmail and it’s way more friendly and easy to use. I’ve created a pipeline for each of my services and then it’s like going fishing, moving fish from one step to the next. I can see latest date of contact, summary of calls, tracked views, and look for patterns I can create a follow-up. It’s a fantastic visibility to all my contacts at different stages of the buyer’s journey. Highly recommend it.
