The following is a directory of event venues in Berlin. Descriptions are provided by the venue.
Each venue is categorized as suitable for any of the following types of events:
- Corporate meeting — Host training, workshops, or an off-site meeting.
- Stand & mingle — When you want guests to move around and mingle. Focus on quiet venues that facilitate conversation. Venues include private rooms in a bar or restaurant as well as apartments or rooftops you can rent.
- Sit-down meal — Primarily restaurants. We seek out quieter venues that allow for conversation.
- Retreat — Host a multi-day off-site retreat, meeting, or workshop with overnight accommodations.
- Special experience — Unique events such as cruises, hot air balloons, cooking classes, walking tours, and other team building activities.

Café am Neuen See
We are an urban country house in the middle of the big city, under big trees, right on the Neuer See with a romantic view of the lake in the Tiergarten. Our beer garden offers freshly tapped beer, Bavarian and regional specialties; and in our restaurant our chef conjures up suitable highlights for you on the country house table. Hearty regional and sophisticated international dishes mix playfully.
For events, our light-flooded barn offers a country house atmosphere in all seasons. The mix of wood, glass and stone in the middle of the Tiergarten makes you forget the hustle and bustle of Berlin. Chipperfield Kantine
The Chipperfield Kantine, located on the David Chipperfield Architects Berlin campus, offers staff and guests its popular lunch menu as well as a selection of coffee and a cakes. You can take a little time out among architects here in the middle of Berlin’s liveliest district, while enjoying mustard eggs with mashed potatoes, vegetarian chili or cake and fresh seasonal fruit.
We serve exquisite vegetarian cuisine made from fresh organic produce in the specially designed exposed concrete building or during the summer months in the shade of our plane trees in the courtyard. Our menu that changes daily includes good, healthy food made from the best regional ingredients: a vegetarian dish, a soup and salad.
Outside of lunch hours, our quiet upper floor or the garden outside, both equipped with secure and fast WLAN, provide a great space to work or for smaller meetings. You can rent the Chipperfield Kantine for your private or corporate event, reception or dinner. It offers space for around 60 guests.
