This course examines the management consulting process and prepares students for a role as either an internal or external consultant. It is designed to provide a framework for understanding the art and science of providing management counsel to client organizations in the public and private sectors.
The course follows the process of a typical consulting engagement in identifying key project requirements, feasibility and design alternatives.
