This course will offer a theoretical and practical comprehension of the tools and techniques used in the art and science of effective internal and external organizational consulting, individual, group and team coaching engagements.
By contrasting the theory and practice of alternative models, we will build tools and techniques for effective consulting and coaching.
The focus is on learning the “how” and “why” of consulting frameworks and understanding how to establish an effective helping relationship with client.
We will also explore how to develop and apply critical thinking, problem posing and solving strategies to complex client problems.
Additionally, the symbiotic connection between consulting and coaching will be explored.
