The Hungarian Association of Organizational Developers

The Hungarian Society of Organization Developers (SZMT) is a professional-human community that, based on professional values ​​and accepted ethical principles and rules, works to achieve the following goals with the voluntary participation of its members:

• contributes to the creation and development of healthy, responsibly operating, successful organizations and communities through its members,
• spreads the culture and ethics of humanly, organizationally and socially sustainable operation and development by applying the tools of organizational development,
• provides a tool and framework for members’ voluntary initiatives that create added value in society by using the tool system of organizational development,
• promotes the development of professional knowledge of those interested in membership and organizational development, and improves the quality of the profession through the sharing and development of knowledge,
• represents the interests of the organizational development profession, contributes to strengthening the awareness, recognition and prestige of the profession, and to developing market demands for the service.
