Henry Tung, MD MBA had 10 years of clinical medicine experience as an anesthesiologist prior to returning to school to Kellogg Graduate School of Management to earn an MBA. Post MBA, he consulted for McKinsey & Co. in their medical device, pharma and provider and payer practices before being recruited to industry. Positions included senior executive roles with responsibilities in strategy, business development, commercial leadership and general management in roles both internationally and domestic.
Henry has significant deal experience including sourcing, assessments, deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence and integration. Deals include corporate venture capital investments, supply and distribution, licensing, strategic alliances and M&A. He has also lead and rapidly grown small to medium sized business units for multiple multi-national companies. Recently Henry has worked for a regional non-profit helping to start a primary care service to integrate with existing disability and mental health service to provide integrated care for the Medicaid population.
Dr. Tung has three grown children and resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife. He is happy to collaborate on projects that leverages his extensive medical and business expertise and leadership skills.

Marco acted as Chief Financial Officer within pharmaceutical and medical device space and as Head of Business Solutions for a company developing business intelligence, advanced analytics and planning platforms in Switzerland since 2013. Prior to this, he spent almost six years in Bain & Company, Italy accomplishing business due-diligences underlying private equity transactions, serving financial institutions customers within corporate banking & risk management projects and dealing with business improvements & BPR projects in Oil & Gas sector. At the beginning of his career, he worked for Italian Stock Exchange mainly in the equity market listing department dealing with forty IPO’s.
He lives in the south part of Lugano lake in Switzerland with his wife and daughter. Marco is happy to collaborate on projects involving strategy, corporate development, financial issues for both industrial corporations and banks, organization and business efficiency and operational excellence.

Umbrex is pleased to welcome Terry Chevalier with Sunstone Associates. Terry is a 25-year industry veteran with a focus on telecommunications and the wireless space. He spent three years with Bain & Company as a Case Team leader before joining AT&T‘s Corporate Strategy and Development team. At AT&T he led multiple strategic projects and initiatives and led the AT&T Auction bid team for wireless radio spectrum and government subsidies. Prior to consulting, Terry started his career in the U.S. Intelligence Community providing technical support to collection operations. Terry has significant depth in the telecommunications space including wireless strategy, radio spectrum, 5G, rural broadband, and regulatory trends.
He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two teenage children and seeks the tranquility of smoking meat on weekends. Terry is available to collaborate on corporate strategy, due diligence, and auctions (including design, bid strategies, competitive analysis, and bidding support), especially in the telecommunications space.

Matt was an Engagement Manager the McKinsey London office from ’98 to ’02 before joining the Mining & Metal industry in Australia, growing Lynas Corporation from a start-up to a $3 billion market cap ASX 100 company. In 2014 Matt returned to the UK and started Materia Consultancy Limited and worked as a freelance consultant, with a focus on industrial growth strategy projects, programme management and due diligence studies.
In 2017 Matt joined the global Executive Leadership Team of Harsco Corporation to implement the Environmental Services division growth strategy designed by Materia Consultancy. As VP Strategy, Business Development and Innovation, Matt was responsible for divisional strategy, acquisitions, strategic investments, and development of an innovation team.
Matt lives in Guildford, just outside London and has two children just starting high school.

Prior to starting his own activity, Cyrille spent 14 years at UBS in Front and COO management roles, his last role as Head of Wealth Management Latin America Geneva. Here he gained a deep understanding of entrepreneur’s needs and saw the opportunity to work closely advising SME owners. At McKinsey he worked out of the Business Technology Office in Brussels and Amsterdam on strategic banking and technology projects. An engineer with a PhD from University College London, an MSc from Georgia Tech, he has recently completed a degree in Sustainable Finance from the School of Sustainability Management Switzerland.
Husband, father of two and avid skier, he works on short-term or part-time retainer projects with SME owners who need a confidential, senior sparring partner who still greatly enjoys getting deep into an excel spreadsheets & powerpoint analyses to solve problems together. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and has good command of Spanish and Portuguese.

His prior experience includes investment banking at Goldman Sachs New York and San Francisco offices, where he was a Vice President and completed ~$50 billion M&A and capital market in transactions. He also started his own technology startup, which raised funding from Softbank and other VCs.
In 2018, Jay started a consulting firm focused on helping startups and small medium size business in their fundraising, strategic finance, growth and M&A. He also works with private equity and venture capital firms in supporting investment due diligence, financial modeling and presentations. Jay lives in San Francisco, California.
