Umbrex is pleased to welcome Theresa Nanigian with TN Executive Coaching. Theresa is an executive coach with a particular expertise in leadership. She works with senior leaders, those in leadership transition and teams to successfully lead themselves and others by taking a future-back approach to sustainable individual/organisational change. Before establishing her coaching practice, Theresa worked at McKinsey as a management consultant, headed strategic planning at a division of GlaxoSmithKline and ran a worldwide technology division at American Express.
She lives in Dublin, Ireland and splits her professional life between coaching and a visual art practice focused on social psychology and interpersonal connection. It isn’t unusual for these seemingly disparate disciplines to influence each other in creative ways to better serve clients.
Theresa would welcome collaborating on projects involving clients in Europe, UK and US.
She is also experimenting with novel formats to complement typical session- or retainer-based coaching relationships, such as short, sharp, intensive deep-dives for leaders who are super busy but could really benefit from a novel approach to changing patterns in their mindset or behaviour that have become deeply embedded over years of repetition. Theresa would love to hear from anyone interested in participating in her beta tests.
As a coach she conducts workshops for a broad range of companies and nonprofit organizations enabling them to improve teamwork, employee personal development of their employees and workplace atmosphere. She is specially focussed on all the leadership subjects and works with leaders on their struggles.
Beside Companies. She also coaches individual clients in these areas with a focus on regarding fields, especially to supporting them to take the next steps in their career and to follow progress along that path.
Additionally, she is an active Member of Panda Women Leadership Network and nushu female network, platforms offering a broad network to support women for in their personal development and to build up strengthen their career.
Sanaz worked before as a lobbyist for the Federal Association of Dentists in Germany, and previously worked as International Strategy Consultant for companies like PwC and B-Lue (a BCG-Spinoff and now Bain & Company). Prior to that she worked as a dentist in Germany and the Netherlands. She holds a PhD in dentistry.
Umbrex is pleased to welcome Mark Organ with Categorynauts. Mark spent a couple of years at Bain as an Associate Consultant before founding and leading Eloqua, the category defining marketing automation company in 2000. Eloqua went public in 2012 and is now part of Oracle.
Mark then worked as an independent consultant helping Asia and North American SaaS companies go to market. In 2010 Mark founded Influitive, the category defining advocate community company, which today is scaling profitably. Today Mark is coaching category creating SaaS CEOs and also consulting on category discovery and development projects.
Umbrex is pleased to welcome Xavier Lederer with Ambrose Growth. Xavier was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company for 4 years in Europe (Brussels & Amsterdam office). He is now a business coach, helping CEOs of mid-market companies, who are frustrated by the way their company is growing, redefine their growth strategy/execution and their management approach, so they can get back on track to profitable growth.
Prior to starting his own practice Xavier was the President of a chocolate manufacturer in NYC. Xavier has particular expertise in helping leadership teams define an actionable growth strategy, establish an execution discipline to hold people accountable, and build stronger, more cohesive leadership teams. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and three elementary-school age children. He is a trained chocolatier and a hobbyist beekeeper. Xavier is happy to collaborate on projects in North America and across Europe to help mid-market companies redefine their growth strategy/execution and their management approach to grow faster and with less pain.

Rudolf spent three years in the insurance practice at McKinsey and has been running his own consulting firm focused on consulting, training and coaching services for the top management in the (financial) services industry since 1990. Rudolf has lead major strategy and restructuring projects in (re-) insurance and other service industries.
He lives in Vorarlberg, Austria with his wife and enjoys travelling in Asia and the Americas whenever possible. Rudolf is happy to collaborate on projects in the (re-) insurance industry in Europe and in projects in collaboration with NGOs.
Umbrex is pleased to welcome Adriana Mascolli Fontes. Adriana is a former Senior Expert in the Organizations Practice at McKinsey with a focus on Organization and Leadership development. Since leaving the Firm in 2012, she has been collaborating with top boutique leadership consulting groups like Mobius Executive Leadership in designing and delivering leadership development programs. She is a certified Coach (ICF) and holds several certifications in the field of Organization, Culture and Leadership Development.
She spent 11 years at McKinsey, and prior to that 3 years at Monitor Group. She started her career at Banco Itau in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has a bachelor in Civil Engineering.
She has been living in Marin County, in the Bay area with her husband and two high-school children for 2 years. Prior to that, she lived in a sailing boat for 4 years, sailing from Seattle (US) to New Zealand. She speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her Italian is a bit rusty.
