Umbrex is pleased to welcome Tiger Huang.  Tiger is a transformation and turnaround leader and has led a dozen large scale good-to-great transformations as a Senior Vice President / Associate Partner at McKinsey. Tiger started consulting independently starting 2022 with a focus on transformations and strategy for technology companies. In the transformation context, he has worked with all members of the C-suite but most often with the CIO or CTO (technology) to use technology as the driving force for sustainably improving the financial health of the entire company.

Tiger lives in the SF Bay area with his wife and is expecting their first child soon. In his spare time, Tiger codes python and builds machine learning models. He is looking to collaborate on transformations in the Western and Southern U.S.
