Rachel spent 10 years as a Practice Expert in the Healthcare Practice at the Boston Consulting Group and has been running her consulting firm focused on business strategy for life science companies since 2019. Rachel also briefly served as China Country Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals (now Takeda), a leader in rare disease therapies. She is a board member at ActiveCrossus.
She has a broad range of functional expertise including corporate strategy, product and pricing strategy, sales and marketing, organizational/HR, due diligence and PMI in Mergers and Acquisitions.
