Umbrex is pleased to welcome Pierre Frot as Independant Consultant.

Pierre has a particular expertise and helping companies and their leaders to transform. He has a strong track records in managing international change management projects (incl. Post-Merger-Integrations), and he is a sought-after executive and executive team coach. In the last years, he was involved in numerous projects aiming at implementing agile organisations.

Pierre spent 5 years with the Boston Consulting group and 6 years with CSC Index where he leaded the German subsidiary with more than 40 consultants.
Beside his engineering studies in computer sciences and his MBA from INSEAD, Pierre has studied psychology and is a certified coach, systemic coach and business mediator.

He is fluent in English, German and French.

Pierre is based in Munich, Germany and is happy to collaborate on local or international transformation projects.
