With over 15 years of experience, I have learned from the best in growing via 3rd party partners (at Microsoft), developed and executed a partner program which lead to an 8-figure acquisition by a strategic partner (Ericsson), and have learned lessons at smaller tech companies where the alliances strategy was executed ineffectively and failed (learned what not to do, so you don’t have to).

My expertise includes identifying strategic ecosystem partnership opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, developing joint marketing campaigns, measuring impact of partnerships, internal org alignment to optimize for partnership strategies, etc. I have worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 firms, across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and e-commerce.

In addition to my expertise in partnerships I developed a robust consulting skill set working as a Project Leader and Engagement Manager at BCG (Boston Consulting Group). Prior to that I earned my MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (Go Blue!)
