Started out as a process engineer at Corning was promoted four times, and moved to the commercial side. Then, As the Head of Marketing and Strategy for DSM, she continued adding to her experience. She drove impressive market share growth through international expansion. She established a strong reputation for generating substantial revenue increases Along with driving business through market share increases and acquisitions, she demonstrated success deploying product positioning plans and branding strategies that support pricing increases of up to 50% and further generate profits

She has extensive experience leading teams in Europe, North America, China, India, and Latin America. As a multilingual speaker fluent in English, French, and Arabic, she is highly adaptable and comfortable directing operations anywhere in the world.
