Umbrex is pleased to welcome Marco Castellani.  Marco has over 10 years of multi-industry expertise in advancing corporate strategic priorities through landmark M&A transactions. Most recently has spent 7 years in the M&A and Industrials teams at Citigroup in New York and Chicago and prior to that was with BCG in Milan, Italy. Marco has deep background in investment banking, private equity, and M&A strategy, leading all deal aspects, from origination and valuation through negotiation, structuring, financing, and execution.

He lives in New York City with his wife, one son and a black cat. Marco is happy to collaborate on projects involving M&A, corporate finance, corporate strategy and financial modeling in the U.S.
