Umbrex is pleased to welcome Leonardo Furnival Marar with Impatto Consulting. Leonardo spent a decade consulting for BCG, Oliver Wyman and Accenture Strategy, before starting his own practice. His core industries are telco, FS/PE and Consumer Goods, and he has dabbled with some aviation, mining and retail projects too. Most of his expertise comes from Go-To-Market, Operational Excellence & Org. topics, although some of it is also in CX/Loyalty, M&A/PMI and OpEx/CapEx optimization.

An avid traveller, he’s had the privilege of having visited over 40 countries, and working in many of them across the Americas, Europe, Middle-East and Africa. Leonardo speaks 3 languages fluently, lives in Sao Paulo with his teenager/little devil pomsky, and during his free time he loves to exercise, cook and consume questionable volumes of content regarding web3 and crypto.
