A former leader in Bain & Company’s Industrial & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement Practices combining ~15 yrs of management consulting with ~4 yrs of delivery in Executive- as well as Non-Executive roles. He has extensive experience partnering with Executive Teams, Boards and Investors in a broad range of sectors to successfully deliver step-change bottom-line impact – from defining winning strategies to building successful operating models, from M&A and carve-outs to driving top-line growth, from navigating net zero transition to delivering ambitious operational transformation programmes. Multi-lingual with broad international experience having lived, worked and led teams across Europe, America, Africa and Asia.
