Umbrex is pleased to welcome Jochen Kaduff.  Jochen started his career as Management Consultant and later Associate Principal in the Swiss and Eastern European Offices of McKinsey & Co. He advised numerous Swiss and European clients on questions regarding Strategy, Organization, Turnaround, Post Merger and Risk Management. Afterwards, for two decades he held senior management positions in Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, Risk and Business Divisions at various mid- and large-sized international banks (UBS, Credit Suisse, Bank Julius Bär, Vontobel Group) before rejoining the consulting practice.

Jochen holds a MSc in Mathematics & Management and a PhD in Economics from University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). He graduated from the AMP at Harvard Business School (USA) and the Digital Disruption Program at IMD (Switzerland).

He is based in the Zurich area, Switzerland where he lives with his family.

Jochen provides advisory services to financial and non-financial institutions on strategy design and execution. He leads large organizational transformation programs in areas of automation, digitization, and business culture adaption. Drawing on 20 years of experience as Top-Management Consultant and Senior Executive in the Financial Services Industry his areas of functional expertise are:
