Umbrex is pleased to welcome Jill Markle Hidaji with Jill Hidaji.

Jill  is an HR Advisor and Organizational Coach with 15+ years experience. She enjoys working with Clients to evolve their HR functionality & systems. In addition to her years of leading HR practices as SVP at Regions Financial, HR Director at Juice Plus+ and as a fractional consultant at Clermont Partners most recently, she is also an executive coach who specializes in systemic and neuro-science based solutions for organizations, teams and individuals.

She speaks on a variety of topics including conversational intelligence, workplace differences appreciation and talent retention. Her industry experience includes government contracting (US DoD, non-profits, financial services, business services, hospitality, natural foods manufacturing and direct sales) Jill has been active member and board member in the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as the local, state and national levels since 2002.

Jill loves living in the Blue Ridge Mountains with her husband, three horses & 4 dogs at their eco-retreat center (www.aramesh.co) near Asheville NC.
